The group was formed to work with the 2024 legislature.  It has assumed a number of responsibilities, including:

1. liaise with the league lobbyist, Marguerite Herman
2. adopt software to track legislation that we may control locally
3. draft a small number of priorities to guide our 2025 advocacy
4. develop a nimble legislative alert protocol for membership

The group is open to any member wishing to join this team.  It is also open to sporatic participation or suggestions.
