EXPLORE stands for Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences. This omnibus bill is supported by more than 100 outdoor organizations and passed unanimously in the Senate on December 19. The package includes many pieces, such as improved access to the wilderness, broadband access, modernizing campgrounds and trails, etc.
