Topics for the first day morning include testimony on pre-school readiness, the National Institute for Early Education Research, and the Imagination Library Program.  The afternoon session focus is 3-fold:  mental health for vulnerable adults, medicaid, and Charter Schools. 

A footnote is that the library program is a Dolly Parton funded non-profit that has distributed over 100 million books directly to children.  They have received awards from groups such as the American Library association, the American Association of Book, Good Housekeeping, etc.
