    Therese A. Jenkins memorial dedication at Capitol

    First Presbyterian Church will dedicate its statue of Therese Jenkins on the west corner of Capitol Avenue and 23rd Street at 11:15 a.m. after its morning worship. A League of Her Own acting troupe has been asked to attend, and Debra Lee, who portrays suffragist Jenkins

    Anniversary of 26th Amendment Lowering Voting Age to 18
