National Parks Foundation sets fundraising goal: $4.5B by 2028

The fundraising arm of the national parks tells us this is the largest donation since their founding in 1967.  They announced a fundraising goal of $4.5B by 2028.  Apparently the plan has four components:

1. Inspire the next generation of park stewards
2. Conserve and Preserve threatened parks and wildlife
3. Ensure a world-class visitor experience
4. Tell a more complete story of America
