The League of Women Voters of Wyoming has two separate financial parts.
One supports our general operating expenses and helps us lobby for our positions. Donations to this part are not tax deductible.
To support our operating fund and help us advocate for our League positions as 501(c)(4) organization (non tax-deductible), renew League memberships, pay for registration for League activities. Please indicate which activity you are donating or paying for.
The other provides voter education and services through our 501(c)(3) funds, the LWVWY Impact Fund and the LWVWY Education Fund. These donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
To support the LWVWY Impact Fund, a Wyoming 501(c)(3) tax deductible fund to support voter education and services in Wyoming. Please use the donate via credit card option and indicate this donation is for the Impact Fund. If you wish to specify a local league to receive the funds please also indicate that. On July 10, 2024, twenty-three donors gave to the LWVWY Impact Fund though the Wyoming Gives campaign for state non-profit organizations. Thanks to all the generous donors. All funds raised will provide voter education services in Wyoming. The League never promotes individual candidates or political parties. We appreciate your support!
