UW loses, campus preacher may return to Breezway

Despite their actions and confidence, Wyoming Judge Nancy Freudenthal ruled that Todd Schmidt’s signs expressed speech, not actions.  Judge Freudenthal is Chief Justice on the Federal District Court for the District of Wyoming.  The WY District is the only one that includes parts from other states, i.e., the portionsof Yellowstone Park lying in Idaho and Montana.  District Judges frequently decide cases alone.   Read more>>>
