Casper City Council adoptsRanked Choice Voting!!!! Will others follow?

Casper needed new rules to (1) elect City Council leadership and (2) remove or replace leaders.  The group concluded that an executive session would use ranked-choice voting to evaluate the ballots.    We look forward to news on its first use.
