The League of Women Voters of Cheyenne helped get Civic Season started in style on Sunday, June 16 at Westby Edge with a Festival organized by the Wyoming State Museum. Without a doubt, the Cheyenne League had the biggest group. Our state LWV liaison, Margaret Brown, came from Laramie along with her husband, Kermit, who even participated in the discussion with speaker Randall Luthi.
League members were able to visit with attendees about League activities, provide information on voter registration, and spread the word about VOTE411 and upcoming candidate forums, which will be available online.
