The (new) MEP Alarm: Murdered & Endangered People

In the past month, the FCC launched an alert system that meshes with others in place, e.g., Amber, Silver, and Ashanti alerts.  “I think this is an encouraging change, and I believe it will help,” said Cara, chair of the state’s MMIP Task Force and director of Wyoming’s Division of Victim Services.
