At issue is the very unequal representation of House districts.  Did you know that George Washington considered adding a constitutional amendment cap the number of residents each representative could stand for at 30,000.  To avoid outdating the size, others suggest that the total seats equal the cube root = (US population)^(1/3).

Does the US House of Representatives need to be larger?
