The letter is dated March 29, 2023. It addresses their concerns about the April 1 meeting between Secretary Gray and Dr. Douglas Frank, a.k.a. Dr. Frank. Those concerns are clearly explained and the letter asks that Secretary Gray educate Dr. Frank that his WY claims are false, and that the clerks would be the first to act were they provided instate proof.
