Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray recently issued a request to the Fremont County Commissioners to restructure their districts. He claims that the district encompassed by the Wind River Reservation should be illegal according to a recent US Supreme Court ruling that racially-defined districts are unconstitutional.
