Court Gets NH Congressional Redistricting After Sununu Veto

Two congressional districts create border alternatives for NH. It is the last state to enact a new redistricting map. The national deadline is today, Friday. The 5 maps submitted all met the comparable population requirement and point to the need for more than this one criterion. Map #4 placed their incumbent congressional House representatives in the same district.
