Community control. Right to voice concerns. This new group in Laramie grew out of such sentiments. The mission statement is to “promote the highest principles of professional police conduct including, but not limited to, training, hiring practices, policy, consistency in policing, community relations and outreach, use of force and the review of citizen complaints.”

The Board is composed of 10 members, half of whom applied and were appointed by the Laramie City Council. Ted Crawford is the elected Chair, and LPD Police Chief Brian Browne represents the City police. Read more>>>
Laramie Police Advisory Board holds 1st meeting
