Provenza & Yin: Listening tours on hot-button issues

In each town visited so far—Cheyenne, Casper, and Lander—State Representatives Provenza (D-Albany) and Yin (D-Teton) are resolved: “We’re not going to target people. We’re trying to target policies.” Earlier in the summer, Provenza led a rally in Cheyenne, hoping to stop the federal plan to sell off vast swaths of western public lands.
