The Freedom Caucus leadership writes that they are pleased by changes that the Management Committee allowed for the 2025 Interim Committees.  In particlar, interim committee chairs may nor:

  1. Choose their own topics and proposed bills for the 2026 session.
  2. Decide how many meetings to call for discussion.  The “normal” was decreased to two double sessions.
