Today’s decision—issued without any hearing on the court’s “shadow docket”—allows ”the Trump administration to continue to deport non-citizens to countries they have never visited without an opportunity to challenge the deportation.
In response, Celina Stewart, CEO of the League of Women Voters of the United States, issued the following statement:
